1966 Ford Mustang Shelby GT 350. If it was at an auction on TV guaranteed 6 figures even with 1970’s IMSA fender flairs.

Maybe six figures. The hard part is deciding where to go with it. Do you keep it an unique 70s custom street machine or do you restore it to its more valuable GT350H form?

Street machine, all day.

This is probably the most valuable “ran when parked” car on craigslist.

So the question is basically drive it or trailer it? If I was paying for it, I’d keep it as close to where it’s at now as possible.

I see your Mustang and raise you a Packard -

More of a question of: do I want to drive it or sell it in a few years for a healthy profit? Valuable cars are investments for those with the funds, whether we like that or not.

but ran perfectly when parked.
Because craigslist, even an $85,000 car ran when parked.

I saw that earlier, however this Mustang is actually worth $85k.

WTF, that is a 20-30k car at best? or has something changed in the last couple years for packards.

This is just right for a flip for a professional, could easily pocket $50-$60k after a minor restor and mechanical sorting. I’m more of a driver so I would be more tempted to buy a driver than a garage queen.

That’s kinda ironic isn’t it? I would at least get it running before trying to sell.

Yeah, but there are enough trailer queens out there as is, so if I wasn’t in it for the money, I would definitely drive it. Cars were built to be driven, and it’s a shame when they aren’t.

I got you all beat...4 Jeep Cherokees, package deal...all for the low package price of
$650 Million
(disregarding the fact that it’s a blatant attention grab)

Many of the most expensive vehicles on my local craigslist are typos where someone accidentally included an extra zero. But there is this 1970 AAR Barracuda for $80k.
If only the description were a bit more detailed...
All matching number 1970 AAR Cuda. Won Best In Its Class at Pardeeville Car Show.
